تضمت خزانة قضاة آل الورد العديد من المجلدات المخطوطة وهي 174 مجلد شملت 471 عنوان 32014 ورقة × 2 = 64028 صفحه وبداخلها 464 قصاصة بحسب الفهرس العام. تحتوى على مواضيع في العلوم والمعارف ألمتعددة والتي تلبي حاجة الطالب لبلوغ مرتبة متكاملة من الاطلاع والمعرفة لتحقيق الذات الإنسانية التي أراد الله سبحانه وتعالى أن تكون خليفته في الأرض.تضمنت القرآن الكريم وعلومه، من التجويد، والقراءات السبع، والتفسير وأسباب النزول، ثم الحديث وعلومه وشروحه، وأسماء رجاله، والسيرة الشريفة على صاحبها أفضل الصلاة وأجل التسليم؛ والعقائد وبراهينها الصريحة، والفقه وأصوله، وعلم الفرائض، والمواعظ والتصوف، والسياسة الشرعية، واللغة وبحارها، وعلم الكلام، وعلامة تأثير حروفه، والأدب ومقتطفاته، والمعارف العامة، والعلوم العقلية كالمنطق، وآداب البحث والمناظرة، وعلم الفلك، والعلوم الإنسانية، مثل التاريخ والتراجم والمشجرات، وغيرها.
